ICS is excited to offer you an easier way to manage your child’s school lunches! We are prepared to use PaySchools software and eliminate our current “lunch ticket” system. The PaySchools program will facilitate the purchase of lunch foods and snacks, as well as assist you with monitoring cafeteria charges. Each family is encouraged to load money into your child’s account by registering with PaySchools Central: payschoolscentral.com. Please note, if you have multiple children, you will need to add money to each child’s account. If a family member (i.e., grandma or grandpa) wants to pay for your child’s lunches and snacks, a separate account will need to be created by your family member. You will need to provide your family member with your child’s PowerSchool ID number. Remember, each student is treated as an individual with his/her own ID number.
At this time, all student balances from the former lunch ticket program have been moved into PaySchools. Once registered with PaySchools, if you have any concerns about the balance reflected in the new account, please contact Mrs. Campbell at cafeteria@icsclinton.org.
Attached is a detailed PDF guide that will assist you as you create a PaySchools account. ICS understands there may be questions as we all learn how to flawlessly transition from our former cafeteria program to PaySchools.
We strongly encourage all families to register with PaySchools, even if your family does not usually purchase lunch or snack foods.
Important: to register with PaySchools, you need to have your child’s PowerSchool ID number. If you do not have that ID number, please email support@icsclinton.org and Mrs. Sharp will get back to you as soon as possible.
