Fine Print: Experience must be redeemed within 12 months of the auction date and has no cash value. Event date must be mutually agreed upon by the auction winner and Ultimate Asado Experience and is subject to availability. This is an outdoor, weather-dependent experience; in the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date. Ultimate Asado Experience reserves the right to decline any date or location deemed unsafe or unsuitable for open-fire cooking. Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits, if applicable.
Experience includes a pre-set menu for up to 20 adult guests as described above. No substitutions, add-ons, or menu upgrades are included. Additional guests, proteins, specialty items, or enhancements may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability and at Ultimate Asado Experience’s sole discretion.Alcohol is not included. Travel is included within a 50-mile radius. Gratuity is not included. Experience is non-transferable and may not be resold.
Ultimate Asado Experience reserves the right to have a photographer and/or videographer present to capture content for promotional and marketing purposes.
