Paying Your Bills with FACTS

For the 2023-2024 school year, all families are required to pay for Tuition and the Commitment Fee via a FACTS account. Families having an existing FACTS account used for the 2022-2023 school year do not need to create a new account for the 2023-2024 school year. Families not having an existing FACTS account will need to create a FACTS account for the 2023-2024 school year as part of the registration process.

ICS will utilize the “Incidental Billing” feature available with FACTS, and families will be required to pay for After-Care and Extended-Care via FACTS. The Incidental Billing feature has the capability of being used for numerous other types of payments from parents (graduation fees, lunch fees, etc.). The ICS Business Office will be evaluating the Incidental Billing feature throughout the school year to determine if, and when, ICS will extend the use of the Incidental Billing feature to other types of payments.
